Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using NetherCore's services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by NetherCore ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

NetherCore provides Minecraft server hosting services including but not limited to:

Dedicated and shared Minecraft server instances
Server storage, backups, and data management
DDoS protection and security monitoring
Custom plugin and mod installation support
Technical support and customer service

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you may be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
Ensuring your contact information remains up to date

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use NetherCore's services only for lawful purposes. You must NOT use our services to:

Host, distribute, or facilitate illegal content of any kind
Conduct or participate in distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against others
Engage in hacking, cracking, or unauthorized access to third-party systems
Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious software
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or third parties
Violate Mojang's Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA)
Mine cryptocurrency or perform resource-intensive tasks unrelated to gaming
Resell our services without prior written authorization

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

5. Payment & Billing

Our hosting plans are billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan on time
Provide accurate billing information
Authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees

All fees are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 72-hour money-back guarantee for new customers on their first subscription. To request a refund:

Contact us within 72 hours of your initial payment
Provide your order details and reason for the refund request
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

Refunds are not available for renewals, upgrades, or accounts terminated due to policy violations.

7. Service Availability & Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosted servers. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance via email or Discord. We are not liable for:

Downtime caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure)
Service interruptions resulting from your actions or third-party software
Performance issues caused by exceeding your plan's resource limits

8. Data & Backups

While we perform automated backups as outlined in your plan, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data. We are not liable for data loss resulting from:

Hardware failures beyond our control
Accidental deletion by you or your users
Account termination due to policy violations
Force majeure events

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the NetherCore website, including logos, text, graphics, and code, is the property of NetherCore and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create on your hosted server. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you:

Violate any provision of these Terms
Fail to pay fees when due
Engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users, third parties, or NetherCore

Upon termination, your right to access our services ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a 30-day grace period following termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NetherCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
